Our Services

Black Car Service Chicago provides luxury chauffeured car and limousine transportation in Chicago, Illinois, and the surrounding suburbs, including airport transfers, corporate transportation, wedding and event transportation, group travel, hourly chauffeur service, and related services. Service availability, vehicles, and coverage areas may vary and are confirmed at the time of booking.

Reservations And Bookings

When you make a reservation, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including pickup and drop-off details, timing, and passenger count. We confirm your booking details and rate before your trip. Reservations are subject to vehicle availability. We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking in circumstances including, but not limited to, inaccurate information, safety concerns, or events beyond our control.

Pricing And Payment

Flat-Rate And Quoted Pricing

Airport transfers are quoted as a flat rate before your trip, and hourly and custom services are quoted at a transparent rate before booking. The rate confirmed at the time of booking is the rate that applies, absent changes you request to the trip.

Additional Charges

Additional charges may apply for changes to your itinerary, extended wait time beyond what is included, additional stops, or other services requested during your trip. Any such charges are communicated as clearly as possible. You are responsible for payment of all confirmed charges associated with your booking.

Cancellations And Changes

Cancellation and change terms depend on the type of booking and vehicle reserved. We ask for reasonable advance notice for cancellations and changes, with earlier notice appreciated for specialty vehicles, weddings, and large groups given the planning involved. Specific cancellation terms are confirmed at the time of booking. For airport transfers, flight delays and schedule changes are accommodated through our flight tracking.

Passenger Responsibilities

As a passenger, you agree to:

• Provide accurate booking information and be ready at the confirmed pickup time and location
• Treat the vehicle and chauffeur with respect and behave in a safe and lawful manner
• Not exceed the seating capacity of the reserved vehicle
• Not engage in illegal activity in the vehicle
• Be responsible for the conduct of all members of your party, including any minors
• Reimburse us for any damage to the vehicle caused by you or your party beyond normal use

Conduct And Safety

The safety of our passengers and chauffeurs is our priority. Our chauffeurs may decline to begin or continue a trip if they reasonably believe there is a safety risk, unlawful conduct, or a violation of these Terms. Seatbelt and safety requirements must be followed at all times. We reserve the right to refuse service in situations that compromise safety.

Luggage And Personal Property

Your chauffeur will assist with luggage, but you are responsible for your personal belongings. We are not liable for loss of or damage to personal property left in a vehicle. If you leave an item behind, contact us promptly and we will make reasonable efforts to help recover it.

Delays And Circumstances Beyond Our Control

We plan carefully and build in time to be reliable, but we are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including traffic, weather, road closures, mechanical issues, acts of government, or other events. For airport transfers, we track flights and adjust to delays, but we cannot guarantee against all circumstances outside our control.

Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Black Car Service Chicago is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services, including missed flights, missed connections, or missed events, except where such liability cannot be limited under applicable law. Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific booking giving rise to the claim.

The content on our website is provided for general informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that all information is complete, current, or error-free. Pricing, availability, and service details are confirmed at the time of booking. You agree not to misuse the website or attempt to interfere with its proper operation.
