Black Car Service Chicago provides chauffeured car and limousine transportation in Chicago, Illinois, and nearby suburbs. This includes airport transfers, corporate, wedding, event, and group transportation, hourly chauffeur service, and related services. Availability, vehicles, and coverage areas may vary and are confirmed when you book.

Reservations And Bookings

When you book, you agree to give accurate and complete information, including pickup and drop-off details, timing, and passenger count. We confirm your booking details and rate before your trip. Reservations depend on vehicle availability. We may decline or cancel a booking for reasons including, but not limited to, inaccurate information, safety concerns, or events beyond our control.

Pricing And Payment

Flat-Rate And Quoted Pricing

Airport transfers are quoted as a flat rate before your trip. Hourly and custom services are quoted at a clear rate before booking. The rate confirmed when you book is the rate that applies, unless you ask for changes to the trip.

Additional Charges

Extra charges may apply for changes to your trip, wait time beyond what is included, added stops, or other services you ask for during your trip. We explain any such charges as clearly as we can. You are responsible for paying all confirmed charges for your booking.

Cancellations And Changes

Cancellation and change terms depend on the type of booking and vehicle. We ask for reasonable notice for cancellations and changes. Please give earlier notice for specialty vehicles, weddings, and large groups, since they take more planning. Specific cancellation terms are confirmed when you book. For airport transfers, we handle flight delays and schedule changes through flight tracking.

Passenger Responsibilities

As a passenger, you agree to:

Provide accurate booking information and be ready at the confirmed pickup time and location
Treat the vehicle and chauffeur with respect and act in a safe and lawful way
Not exceed the seating capacity of the reserved vehicle
Not do anything illegal in the vehicle
Be responsible for the conduct of all members of your party, including any minors
Reimburse us for any damage to the vehicle caused by you or your party beyond normal use

Conduct And Safety

The safety of our passengers and chauffeurs comes first. A chauffeur may refuse to start or continue a trip if they reasonably believe there is a safety risk, unlawful conduct, or a breach of these Terms. Seatbelt and safety rules must be followed at all times. We may refuse service in any situation that puts safety at risk.

Luggage And Personal Property

Your chauffeur will help with luggage, but you are responsible for your belongings. We are not liable for loss of or damage to personal property left in a vehicle. If you leave something behind, contact us quickly and we will make reasonable efforts to help get it back.

Delays And Circumstances Beyond Our Control

We plan carefully and build in extra time, but we are not responsible for delays or failures caused by things beyond our reasonable control. These include traffic, weather, road closures, mechanical issues, acts of government, or other events. For airport transfers, we track flights and adjust to delays, but we cannot guarantee against everything outside our control.

Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Black Car Service Chicago is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages from your use of our website or services. This includes missed flights, missed connections, or missed events, except where the law does not allow this liability to be limited. Our total liability for any claim about our services is limited to the amount paid for the booking the claim is about.

Our website content is for general information. We try to be accurate, but we do not warrant that all information is complete, current, or error-free. Pricing, availability, and service details are confirmed when you book. You agree not to misuse the website or try to interfere with how it works.
